Create Email Template -  Existing Template

Use an Existing Template if you want to copy and modify a template that has already been created.

1 – Click into the Sales Center Sales Center.

2 – Click Marketing and select Templates.

This takes you to the Manage templates page.

3 – Click Create templates.

 4 – Select Existing Template.

5 – Enter a Template Name in the space provided.

6 – Check the box beside the template you want to copy.

7 – Select the folder where the template should reside.

8 – Click Create & Edit Template.

9 – Enter a Subject for the email.

10 – Edit the content as desired.

11 – Click Save Template.

12 – Click the back arrow.

13 – Click the back arrow again.

The new template will be listed in the selected folder.
