About Registrant List in Client Admin Center
Clicking on Registrant List in the Client Admin Center generates a list of all Registrants across all projects in your client database. Registrants’ basic information is included as well as the projects with which they are associated. The information on the screen can be organized as desired by sorting columns (ascending or descending) or hiding those that don’t need to be viewed. See Organize Columns on Your Screen for instruction on how to do this. The data can also be exported to an Excel CSV (comma-separated values) file where it can be effectively arranged and managed as required.
Duplicate Registrants can also be managed in this area. There are two ways to manage Registrant duplicates in Lasso:
The duplicate Registrant merge performed in the Client Admin Center is automatic across all projects and is based on First Name and Last Name plus User-selected criteria of Address, Email, and/or Phone.
Merging duplicates in the Sales Center is done on one by one, and is used if it is necessary to view duplicate profiles side by side in order to select from each the information to be retained.
To Access Registrant List:
4 - A list is generated that includes the following columns:
- Personal ID
- Name Title
- First Name
- Last Name
- Associated Projects
- Postal Code
Note: If you wish to sort the list based on a particular column, simply move your mouse over the column heading and click on the dropdown that appears to the right of the title. The window that pops up allows you to sort the column in Ascending or Descending order. By clicking on Columns under the Sort feature, you can hide columns to make the list more manageable.
