Hide History Type
1 - Click into the Client Admin Center.
2 - Click on Settings.
3 - Click on Registrant in the dropdown.
4 - Click on the History Types tab.
5 - Under the Disabled bar, double-click in the line of the History Type you wish to hide and select Yes from the dropdown. Selecting Yes means that it will not be visible in the History Type dropdown when adding history to a Registrant Profile. Selecting No means that it will be displayed in the dropdown and Users will be able to select it.
Note: A red triangle in the upper left corner of an entry indicates the item has not been saved. Once it’s been saved, the red triangle will disappear.
