About System Settings
System Settings allow the Lasso Administrator to customize certain areas of the database as well as post pertinent information, making the system more relevant to the User.
Areas in System Settings include:
- Business Rules – Add custom fields and/or make existing fields required to ensure that a Lasso User is capturing essential data. Required and custom fields can be set for both Registrants and Inventory.
- News – Post messages that you’d like all Lasso users to see, e.g. company events, project launches, sales processes, etc.
- Terminology Maps – Change certain terminology in Lasso to better reflect your specific business terms.
Access System Settings
1 - Click into the Client Admin Center .
2 - Click on System.
3 - Select from the dropdown.
Note: You must have a Client Administrator Role and System Settings Permissions to access this area.
