About Question Center

The Question Center, located in the Client Admin Center, allows Administrators to create and manage questions that are used for capturing Registrant data during the registration process. In addition to registration questions, Question Center can be used to obtain a wide range of information on your Registrants.

Questions that have been created can be used to capture Registrant data in the following ways:

  • during the online registration process
  • when adding a new Registrant to the database
  • when making changes to existing Registrant profiles
  • when allowing Registrants to update information via Self Serve Registrant Updates

Questions are organized into Folders for easy reference and access. This is especially helpful if you have a large number of projects that all use a unique set of questions and answers. Some administrators will create a set of master questions and answers that can be created once and then activated on many different projects. This is useful when the Questions and Answers are identical for each project.

To Access Question Center:

1 - Click into the Client Admin Center .
2 - Click on Questions.
3 - Click on Manage Questions in the dropdown.

Note: You must have a Client Administrator Role and Question Center Permissions to access this area.
