Enable/Disable Email Filter in Mail Center
1 – Click into the Mail Center .
2 – Click on Settings.
3 – Click on Filters.
4 – Click on the filter you want to enable or disable.
5 – There are two ways to disable or enable a filter:
a) Click on the wheel button at the bottom of the Filters section and select Enable/Disable. The Filter disabled checkbox to the right, at the bottom of the Filter definition section will be checked or unchecked accordingly.
b) Check or uncheck the box to the left of Filter disabled at the bottom of the Filter definition section.
6 – Click Save.
A message will come up under the checkbox confirming that the filter has been saved as per the changes.
Note: The filter name will be greyed out if it is disabled.
