About Inventory Project Settings

Project Settings in the Inventory Center Inventory Center allows you to create dropdown options for additional information that can be selected and applied to individual Units of Inventory before or during the contract process. Options include:

  • Bedroom Types - Number of bedrooms such as Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, etc.
  • Color Schemes - Standard color schemes available for selection by the purchaser
  • Contracts - Uploaded sales agreements and addendums can automatically populate purchase details (Contracts that automatically populate the purchase details must be programmed by Lasso. This is a value-add service. You can opt to upload unprogrammed contracts if you simply want them accessible to Users in the Lasso system.)
  • Exposures - Type of exposure for each Unit
  • Inventory Cancellation Reasons - Reasons for cancelled contracts
  • Lawyers - Lawyer information including name, address, phone, and email
  • Loans - Loan information including amount, discharge fee, loan date, and ratio
  • Plan - Types of floor plans available
  • Purchase Reasons - Reasons for purchasing
  • Storage - Parking Stalls, Lockers, and Bicycle Storage Numbers

Project Settings is a menu item located in the top row of the Inventory Center. To access the Project Settings options, hover over the menu item with your mouse and click on an option in the dropdown. The options that you see are dependent on the permissions that you have been given.

To Access Inventory Project Settings:

1 – Click into the Inventory Center inventoryadminicon.
2 – With your mouse, hover over Project Settings .

3 – Select from the dropdown menu:

  • Bedroom Types
  • Color Schemes
  • Contracts
  • Exposures
  • Inventory Cancellation Reasons
  • Lawyers
  • Loans
  • Plan
  • Purchase Reasons
  • Storage

Note: You must have an Inventory Role and Project Settings Permissions to access this area.
