About Inventory Cancellation Reasons

Inventory Cancellation Reasons are added in the Inventory Center Inventory Center and listed in the Cancellation Reason dropdown when a User cancels a sale.

To Access Project Inventory Cancellation Reasons:

1 – Click into the Inventory Center Inventory Center.
2 – With your mouse, hover over Project Settings and select Inventory Cancellation Reasons in the dropdown.

This brings you to the list of Inventory Cancellation Reasons that can be applied to cancelled purchases.
