Inventory Center - Project Settings - Manage Lawyers List

About Lawyers List

A list of Lawyers associated to the project can be created and are visible in the Project Lawyers section of th Inventory Center. Details can include Company, Phone, Email, and Address. This information is related to the project only and cannot be applied to individual units.

To view the Lawyers list, hover over Project Settings and select Lawyers.

This brings you to the list of Lawyers for the project.

Add Lawyer

1 – In the Inventory Center, you can access the Add Lawyer page in two ways:

a) If you want to view the existing list of Lawyers prior to adding new ones, hover over Project Settings and select Lawyers.

From here, click on New Lawyer.

b) If you want to skip viewing the list, hover over Project Settings to Lawyers and select Add Lawyer.

2 – Enter name of the Lawyer along with any other details you want to include in the spaces provided.

3 – Click Save.

 The newly added Lawyer will show in the Lawyers list.

Update/Edit Lawyer Details

1 – In the Inventory Center, hover over Project Settings and select Lawyers.

2 – Click on the Last Name of the Lawyer you want to update.

3 – Click on Edit Lawyer.

4 – Update the details as needed and Save.

Delete Lawyer

1 – In the Inventory Center, hover over Project Settings and select Lawyers.

2 – Click on the Last Name of the Lawyer you want to delete.

3 – Click on Delete.

4 – A message will come up asking if you’re sure you want to delete the Lawyer. Click OK.

The selected Lawyer will be removed from the project.
