Add Non-Realtor Referral to Inventory Unit
The Assign Non-Realtor function allows you to include a referral fee as part of the contract. The Non-Realtor you are assigning to the Inventory Unit must be in the Registrant database prior to assignment. To add a Registrant, please refer to Add Registrant.
1 – Click into the Inventory Center .
2 – If applicable, click on the Component tab of the Unit you want to access.
3 – In the Inventory List, find the Unit you want to access and click on it.
4 – Click on Contract.
5 – Click on Assign Non-Realtor Referral.
6 – Begin to type the first few letters of referring Registrant’s first or last name in the Search For space. As you type, names containing the letters you are typing will appear in a dropdown list.
7 – Select the referring Registrant from the list. This will move the name to the right under Non-Realtor Information.
8 – Enter the dollar amount of the referral commission.
9 – Click Save.
The referring Registrant and the commission amount will be listed in the Non-Realtor Referrals section of the Inventory Contract page.
The referring Registrant will also be listed in the Non-Realtor Referrals section of the Inventory Profile. Clicking on the Registrant’s name will bring up the Registrant Profile.
