About Deposit Bond Companies

The Deposit Bond Companies tab, accessed via the Inventory Settings menu item under Project Setup in the Project Admin Center, allows a Project Administrator to create a list of Deposit Bond Companies that users can select from and add to a unit of inventory in the Inventory Center when completing contract details. 

To manage Deposit Bond Companies:

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Bond Companies tab.

Add Deposit Bond Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Bond Companies tab.

3 - Click on Add Deposit Bond Company.

4 - A new line will appear with a box. Enter the Deposit Bond Company in the space provided. In the same line, double-click under any of the other information you wish to add and enter in the spaces provided.

You can enter your Deposit Bond Companies in two ways:

  • Click on Add Deposit Bond Company multiple times to add as many fields as you need and then go back and enter your Deposit Bond Company information in the spaces provided; or
  • Click on Add Deposit Bond Company, enter your Deposit Bond Company information in the spaces provided, and then click on Add Company again and repeat the process as many times as needed.

5 - Click Save.

Update/Edit Deposit Bond Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Bond Companies tab.

3 - Double-click on the Deposit Bond Company detail and update as needed.

4 - Click Save.

Warning: Updating a Deposit Bond Company will permanently change the information for all inventory details and related reports.

Delete Deposit Bond Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Bond Companies tab.

3 - Click on the Deposit Bond Company you want to delete.
4 - Click on Delete Deposit Bond Company.

5 - You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected item(s). Click Yes.

 

Warning: Deleting a Deposit Bond Company will permanently remove all references to it from inventory details and related reports.
