Add Deposit Bond Company
1 - Click into the Project Administration Center .
2 - Click on Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.
3 - Click on the Deposit Bond Companies tab.
4 - Click on Add Deposit Bond Company.
5 - A new line will appear with a box. Enter the Deposit Bond Company in the space provided. In the same line, double-click under any of the other information you wish to add and enter in the spaces provided.
You can enter your Deposit Bond Companies in two ways:
a) Click on Add Deposit Bond Company multiple times to add as many fields as you need and then go back and enter your Deposit Bond Company information in the spaces provided; or
b) Click on Add Deposit Bond Company, enter your Deposit Bond Company information in the spaces provided, and then click on Add Company again and repeat the process as many times as needed.
6 - Click Save.
Note: A red triangle in the upper left corner of an entry indicates the item has not been saved. Once it’s been saved, the red triangle will disappear.
