Sales Training Outline
The objective of the Sales Training course is to introduce Lasso users to the Sales Center.
PRE-REQUISITE: Basic Lasso Setup completed
AUDIENCE: Sales Team: OSCs, Onsite Sales Agents, Sales Assistants, and Sales Managers
COURSE LENGTH: 60-75 minutes
The course will cover:
- Sales Center Home Page overview
- Adding and updating registrants
- Managing registrant email communication
- Logging registrant contact such as phone calls and visits
- Creating and completing activities and appointments
- Creating and managing custom lists
- Accessing standard reports
