Sales Training Outline

The objective of the Sales Training course is to introduce Lasso users to the Sales Center. Upon completion, participants will have an understanding of the Sales Center Home Page elements, be able to add registrants, manage registrant communication via email, log registrant contact such as phone calls and visits, create and manage custom lists, and access various standard reports.

PRE-REQUISITE: Basic Lasso Setup completed
AUDIENCE: Sales Team: OSCs, Onsite Sales Agents, Sales Assistants, and Sales Managers
COURSE LENGTH: 60-75 minutes

The course will cover:

  • Sales Center Home Page overview
  • Adding and updating registrants
  • Managing registrant email communication
  • Logging registrant contact such as phone calls and visits
  • Creating and completing activities and appointments
  • Creating and managing custom lists
  • Accessing standard reports
