Update/Edit History Type
1 - Click into the Client Admin Center.
2 - Click on Settings.
3 - Click on Registrant in the dropdown.
4 - Click on the History Types tab.
5 - Double-click on the History Type you want to change. If you want to change the:
- Sales Center History Type dropdown list – Under the Disabled bar, double-click in the line and select Yes or No from the dropdown. Selecting Yes means that it will not be visible in the History Type dropdown when adding or editing history. Selecting No means that it will be displayed in the dropdown and Users will be able to select it.
- History Type Name – Under the Type bar, double-click in the line and change the History Type Name.
- Description – Under the Description bar, double-click in the line and change the History Type Description.
6 - Click Save.
Note: A red triangle in the upper left corner of an entry indicates the item has not been saved. Once it’s been saved, the red triangle will disappear.
Warning: Editing a History Type will permanently change the information for all associated Registrant Details and Reports. Any History Types that are edited will be updated wherever they are used throughout Lasso, including Registrant Details and related Reports. If you wish to keep any record of old History Types, create new ones instead of editing existing types.
