Update/Edit Relationship Type
1 - Click into the Client Admin Center.
2 - Click on Settings.
3 - Click on Registrant in the dropdown.
4 - Click on the Relationship Types tab.
5 - Double-click on the Relationship Type you want to change. If you want to change the:
- Sales Center Relationship Type dropdown list – Under the Disabled bar, double-click in the line and select Yes or No from the dropdown. Selecting Yes means that it will not be visible in the Relationship Type dropdown when adding or editing a relationship. Selecting No means that it will be displayed in the dropdown and Users will be able to select it.
- Relationship Name – Under the Relationship bar, double-click in the line and change the Relationship Name.
- Reverse Relationship Name – Under the Reverse bar, double-click in the line and change the Reverse Relationship Name.
6 - Click Save.
Note: A red triangle in the upper left corner of an entry indicates the item has not been saved. Once it’s been saved, the red triangle will disappear.
Warning: Editing a Relationship Type will permanently change the information for all associated Registrant Details. Any Relationship Types that are edited will be updated wherever they are used throughout Lasso, including Registrant Details and related Reports. If you wish to keep any record of old Relationship Types, create new ones instead of editing existing types.
