Add Email Filter in Mail Center
1 – Click into the Mail Center .
2 – Click on Settings.
3 – Click on Filters.
4 – If you would like your new filter to reside within a Filter set, click on the appropriate Filter set name. Otherwise, skip to next step. To add a Filter set, please refer to Add Filter Set.
5 – Click on the + under Filters.
6 – Under Filter Definition, enter a Filter name in the space provided.
7 – Under For incoming mail, select the parameters and how you want them to be applied:
a) matching all of the following rules – only messages containing all parameters will be filtered
b) matching any of the following rules – messages containing any parameters will be filtered
c) all messages – all messages will be filtered
8 – If you selected a or b above, select the parameters for your message from the dropdowns that appear.
Note: The Parameter options are not displayed if all messages is selected.
9 – Under execute the following actions, select from the dropdowns.
10 – When you are satisfied with your filter selections, click Save.
Your filter will be listed in the Filters section.
