Mail Center - Manage Email Folders

In this article:

Manage Folder Settings

1 – In the Mail Center, click Settings

2 – Click Folders.

3 – Click Inbox.
4 – Under Settings, select the List view mode from the dropdown.
5 – Click Save.
6 – Do the same for Drafts, Sent, Junk, and Trash.

Add Folder

1 – In the Mail Center, click Settings

2 – Click Folders.

3 – Click on the + at the bottom of the middle Folders section.
4 – Under Properties, enter a Folder name in the space provided.
5 – Select the Parent folder, i.e. the folder you want the new folder to reside in, if needed.
6 – Under Settings, select the List view mode from the dropdown and Save.

The folder you added will appear in the Folders list.

Update/Edit Folder Name

1 – In the Mail Center, click Settings

2 – Click Folders.

3 – Click on it in the list. This will bring up the Folder properties.
4 – Change as desired and Save.

Delete Folder

1 – In the Mail Center, click Settings

2 – Click Folders.

3 – Click on the folder in the list.
4 – Click on the wheel icon.

5 – Select Delete.
6 – You will be asked if you want to delete the folder. Click OK to delete.

The folder and its contents will be removed from the system.
