Update/Edit Contract Amendment

1 – Click into the Inventory Center Inventory Center.
2 – If applicable, click on the Component tab of the Unit you want to access.
3 – In the Inventory List, find the Unit you want to access and click on it.

4 – Click on Contract.

5 – Click on Contract Amendments.

6 – Click on the Amendment Number that you want to edit.

7 – This will bring up the Edit Contract Amendment screen. Click into the field you want to change and edit as desired.

8 – Click Save.

Note: If you've already uploaded a PDF version of an Amendment, you cannot upload a different one. To upload a new amendment, you must add a new one. See Add Contract Amendment.


Editing a Contract Amendment will permanently change the information. Any Amendments that are edited will be updated in the Inventory Contract Amendments Report.
