Inventory Center - Project Settings - Manage Project Loans

About Project Loans

A list of Loans associated to the project can be created and are visible in the Project Loans section of the Inventory Center. Details can include Discharge Fee, Date of Loan, Description, and Ratio. This information is related to the project only and cannot be applied to individual units of inventory.

To view existing Project Loans, hover over Project Settings and select Loans.

This brings you to the list of Loans for the project.

Add Project Loan

1 – In the Inventory Center, you can access the Add Loan page in two ways:

a) If you want to view the existing list of Loans prior to adding new ones, hover over Project Settings and select Loans.

From here, click on New Loan.

b) If you want to skip viewing the list, hover over Project Settings to Loans and select Add Loan.

2 – Enter the details in the spaces provided and Save.

The newly added Loan will show in the Loans list.

Update/Edit Project Loan

1 – In the Inventory Center, hover over Project Settings and select Loans.

2 – Click on the Loan you want to update.

3 – Update the details as needed and Save.

Delete Project Loan

1 – In the Inventory Center, hover over Project Settings and select Loans.

2 – Click on the Loan you want to delete.

3 – Click on Delete.

4 – A message will come up asking if you’re sure you want to delete the Loan. Click OK.

The selected Loan will be removed from the project.
