Inventory Center - Manage Parking Stalls, Lockers, and Bicycle Storage Assignments

About Assigning Parking Stalls, Lockers, and Bicycle Storage

Parking Stalls, Lockers, and Bicycle Storage must first be added to the Storage area of the Inventory Center via Project Settings. Once added to Storage Boards, they can be assigned to individual units. The storage details are listed in the Storage section of the inventory profile.

Assign Parking Stall

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – Click on Parking Stalls.

5 – This will bring up the Parking Stall Board. Click on the Parking Stall number that you want to assign to the unit.

Note: Parking Stall numbers that appear in red are already assigned and cannot be selected.

6 – Enter the Price of the Parking Stall. This is a required field but you can enter ‘0’ if a price does not apply.

7 – The Date field will show the current date. Update if needed.

8 – Enter a Payment Received Date if applicable.

9 – Enter a Description if desired.

10 – Beside Outside Contract?, select No if the Parking Stall price is in addition to the Contract price or Yes if it is included.

11 – Click Save.

This will take you to the Parking Stall page for the unit, where the Parking Stall you selected will be listed, along with Price, Date Added, and Contract information. The Parking Stall will now be indicated in red on the Parking Stall Board.

Note: Multiple Parking Stalls must be assigned one at a time.

Assign Locker

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – Click on Lockers.

5 – This will bring up the Locker Board. Click on the Locker number that you want to assign to the unit.

6 – Enter the Price of the Locker. This is a required field but you can enter ‘0’ if a price does not apply.

7 – The Date field will show the current date. Update if needed.

8 – Enter a Payment Received Date if applicable.
9 – Enter a Description if desired.

10 – Beside Outside Contract?, select No if the Locker price is in addition to the Contract price or Yes if it is included.

11 – Click Save.

This will take you to the Locker page for the unit, where the Locker you selected will be listed, along with Price, Date Added, and Contract information. It will be indicated in red on the Locker Board.

Note: Multiple Lockers must be assigned one at a time.

Assign Bicycle Storage

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – Click on Bicycle Storage.

5 – This will bring up the Bicycle Storage Board. Click on the Bicycle Storage number that you want to assign to the unit.

6 – Enter the Price of the Bicycle Storage. This is a required field but you can enter ‘0’ if a price does not apply.

7 – The Date field will show the current date. Update if needed.

8 – Enter a Payment Received Date if applicable.

9 – Enter a Description if desired.

10 – Beside Outside Contract?, select No if the Bicycle Storage price is in addition to the Contract price or Yes if it is included.

11 – Click Save.

This will take you to the Bicycle Storage page for the unit, where the Bicycle Storage you selected will be listed, along with Price, Date Added, and Contract information. It will be indicated in red on the Bicycle Storage Board.

Update/Edit Parking Stall Information

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In the Parking Stalls section, click on the Parking Stall you would like to update.

5 – Update the details as needed and Save.

Update/Edit Locker Information

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In the Lockers section, click on the Locker you would like to update.

5 – Update the details as needed and Save.

Update/Edit Bicycle Storage Information

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In the Bicycle Storage section, click on the Bicycle Storage you would like to update.

5 – Update the details as needed and Save.

Unassign Parking Stall

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In  the Parking Stalls section, click on the Parking Stall that you would like to remove.

5 – Click on Remove.

– A message will come up asking if you’re sure you want to unassign the storage unit. Click OK.

The Parking Stall will be removed from the unit and returned to its Available Status on the Parking Stall Board.

Unassign Locker

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In the Lockers section, click on the Locker that you would like to remove.

5 – Click on Remove.

– A message will come up asking if you’re sure you want to unassign the storage unit. Click OK.

The Locker will be removed from the unit and returned to its Available Status on the Locker Board.

Unassign Bicycle Storage

1 – In the Inventory Center, click on the appropriate Component tab, if applicable. You won't see Component tabs if there is only one.
2 – Click on the unit in the Inventory List.

3 – Hover over Other Actions and select Storage.

4 – In the Bicycle Storage section, click on the Bicycle Storage number you would like to remove.

5 – Click on Remove.

– A message will come up asking if you’re sure you want to unassign the storage unit. Click OK.

The Bicycle Storage will be removed from the unit and returned to its Available Status on the Bicycle Storage Board.
