About Deposit Accounts

The Deposit Accounts tab, accessed via the Inventory Settings menu item under Project Setup in the Project Admin Center, allows a Project Administrator to create a list of Deposit Accounts that users can select from and add to a unit of inventory in the Inventory Center when completing contract details. 

To manage Deposit Accounts:

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Accounts tab.

Add Deposit Account

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Accounts tab.

3 - Click on Add Deposit Account.

4 - A new line will appear. Enter the Account Name in the space provided. In the same line, double-click under Account Number and enter the Account Number in the space provided. Do the same for Institution.

You can enter your Deposit Accounts in two ways:

  • Click on Add Deposit Account multiple times to add as many fields as you need and then go back and enter your Deposit Account information in the spaces provided; or
  • Click on Add Deposit Account, enter your Account Name, Account Number, and Institution in the spaces provided, and then click on Add Deposit Account again and repeat the process as many times as needed.

5 - Click Save.

Update/Edit Deposit Account

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Accounts tab.

3 - Double-click on the Deposit Account detail and update as needed.

4 - Click Save.

Warning: Updating a Deposit Account will permanently change  the information for all inventory details and related reports.

Delete Deposit Account

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Deposit Accounts tab.

3 - Click on the Deposit Account you want to delete.
4 - Click on Delete Deposit Account.

5 - You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected item(s). Click Yes.

Warning: Deleting a Deposit Account will permanently remove  all references to it from inventory details and related reports.
