Project Admin Center - Project Setup - Inventory Settings - Lender Companies

About Lender Companies

The Lender Companies tab, accessed via the Inventory Settings menu item under Project Setup in the Project Admin Center, allows a Project Administrator to create a list of Lender Companies that users can select from and add to a unit of inventory in the Inventory Center when completing contract details. 

To manage Lender Companies:

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Lender Companies tab.

Add Lender Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Lender Companies tab.

3 - Click on Add Lender Company.

4 - A new line will appear. Enter the Lender Company in the space provided. In the same line, double-click under any of the other information you wish to add and enter in the spaces provided.

You can enter your Lender Companies in two ways:

  • Click on Add Lender Company multiple times to add as many fields as you need and then go back and enter your Lender Company information in the spaces provided; or
  • Click on Add Lender Company, enter your Lender Company information in the spaces provided, and then click on Add Company again and repeat the process as many times as needed.

5 - Click Save.

Update/Edit Lender Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Lender Companies tab.

3 - Double-click on the Lender Company detail and update as needed.

4 - Click Save.

Warning: Updating a Lender Company will permanently change  the information for all inventory details and related reports.

Delete Lender Company

1 - In the Project Admin Center, click Project Setup and select Inventory Settings.

2 - Click on the Lender Companies tab.

3 - Click on the Lender Company you want to delete.
4 - Click on Delete Lender Company.

5 - You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected item(s). Click Yes.

Warning: Deleting a Lender Company will permanently remove all references to it from inventory details and related reports.
