About Aggregate Traffic Activity Report
The Client Admin Center contains a report that displays traffic, rating, and activity history numbers for all your projects. This report allows you to view information on an aggregate level for both a specified timeframe as well as to date. Filters give you the ability to view specific Regions, Projects, Sources, Ratings, History, or Timeframes. By default, the report provides data for the previous seven days. As with other standard Lasso reports, the Aggregate Traffic Activity Report data can be exported to Excel.
Note: The Aggregate Traffic Activity Report provides details on History rather than Activities. The two are different. Activities are created either automatically via the Sales Process or manually by the Lasso User. Once Activities are completed, they become History.
The report is divided into the following sections:
- Traffic for Timeframe – Displays the number of new Registrants by Source and Rating for the specified timeframe based on Registration Date. It also provides First Visit and Return Visit counts for the timeframe as well as percentages representing the number of First Visits divided by the Total Traffic (First Visit/Traffic) and the number of Registrants with the Rating of Purchaser divided by the number of First Visits (Purchaser Rating/First Visit).
- Traffic to Date – Displays the number of Registrants by Source and Rating to date. It also provides First Visit and Return Visit counts to date as well as percentages representing the number of First Visits divided by the Total Traffic (First Visit/Traffic) and the number of Registrants with the Rating of Purchaser divided by the number of First Visits (Purchaser Rating/First Visit).
- History for Timeframe – Displays the number of History entries by type for the specified timeframe.
Note: If Yes is indicated for the Exclude from Traffic field in a Registrant Profile, that Registrant will not be counted in the Traffic sections of the report.
In addition, you can schedule the Aggregate Traffic Activity Report to be emailed to specific Users as well as those outside of Lasso. This can be done once or on a regular basis such as weekly or monthly. The emailed report represents data for the past week, i.e. the previous 7 days up to and including the day before report generation. For example, if you schedule the report to run at 9:00am on Monday, it will provide the previous Monday to Sunday’s data. The report is attached to the email in the form of an Excel document and the setup is completed via the Report Scheduler in the Client Admin Center under Reports.
