About Notes on Registrant Profile

Use the Notes function to include additional details about a Registrant (besides contact information, sales details, and answers to questions) and/or your interactions with them. When adding history, use the Copy to Notes function to add the history details to the Notes section as well as the History section.

The most recent three notes are prominently displayed on the registrant profile. Click More or Less to expand or collapse the number of notes showing.

Add Note to Registrant Profile

1 - In the registrant profile, click Note.

2 - In the Create Note window, enter the note details in the space provided.

3 - Click Create note.

Notes are listed in a chronological order on the registrant profile. Additional information includes the date and time the note was entered as well as the name of the sales rep that entered it.

Note: Click More to expand the Notes section and Less to collapse.

Update/Edit Note on Registrant Profile

1 - In the registrant profile, in the Notes section, click on the note you want to update. 

2 - In the Update Note window, edit the note as needed.

3 - Click Update note.

Delete Note from Registrant Profile

1 - In the registrant profile, in the Notes section, click on the note you want to delete.

2 - In the Update Note window, click Delete.

The note will be removed from the registrant profile.
