Sales Center - Manage Registrant Reservations

About Registrant Reservations

Use the Reservations functionality to record pre-sale reservation details for a registrant. Available fields are as follows:

  • Selection number
  • Reservation number
  • Inventory (This field is applicable only if you are using Lasso's Inventory Center)
  • Reservation date
  • Reservation notes
  • Deposit amount
  • Deposit date

Add Registrant Reservation

1 – In the registrant profile, click Actions and select Reservation.

reservation.gif2 – Complete the information for the following fields as applicable:

  • Selection number - This is a required field.
  • Reservation number - This is a required field.
  • Inventory - If you are using Lasso's Inventory Center, select the unit. Please note that the Inventory field is displayed here rather than the Unique ID field.
  • Reservation date - Select a date, as well as an hour and time if applicable.
  • Reservation notes - Enter notes as needed.
  • Deposit amount - Enter a deposit amount if applicable.
  • Deposit date - Enter a deposit date if applicable.

3 – Click Create reservation.

The Reservation will be displayed in the Reservations section of the registrant profile, and will be included in the Registrant Reservations Report.

Update/Edit Registrant Reservation

1 – In the registrant profile, click on the reservation in the Reservations section.

2 – Click Edit reservation.

3 – In the Update Reservation window, edit the information as required.

4 – Click Update reservation.

Delete Registrant Reservation

1 – In the registrant profile, click on the reservation in the Reservations section.

2 – Click Edit reservation.

3 – Click Delete reservation.
