FAQs - Opt Out Email Address in Registrant Profile
Warning: You cannot opt a registrant back in or send the registrant an opt-in request after they have been opted out. Opted-out email addresses for registrants that have been deleted and then added back in will remain opted-out.
1 - In the registrant profile, under the name, click More to expand the section.
2 - Click on Non-Opted and select Opt-Out from the dropdown.
The registrant will have an Opted-Out status and will not be sent mass mail when included in a mass mail list.
