FAQs - What To Do If Email Authorization Fails
When your project email address has been added to Lasso, you will receive an email to the new address requesting that you click on the link in the email in order to authorize the address. Please note that Lasso Support can also authorize a new email address internally. If you click on the link in the authorization email and you see a message saying the authorization failed, it usually means the address has already been authorized. Before contacting Lasso Support, please have a look at your Preferences.
1 – From the Lasso Home Page, click your name in the top-right corner and select Preferences.
2 – Beside Default Email Address, click on the dropdown. If your email address has been authorized, it will be in the list so you can select as your default like in the example below.
