Sales Center - Export Registrants

Export Registrants via Standard Export

1 – In the Sales Center, pull up a registrant list.
– Click Select All above the list to select everyone or check the boxes beside the names of the registrants you want to export.
3 – Once your registrants are selected, click on Export above the list.

4 – In the window that pops up, click on Export CSV. Note the number of registrants in the list.

5 – Click OK to start the export.

6 – A message will come up indicating that you will be sent an email when the export is complete.

7 – Once you receive notification that the export is complete, click Registrants on the Sales Center Home Page and select Export.

8 – You will see your CSV file listed under Export Files. Click to open.

Note: Make sure that the number of registrants in the file matches the number of registrants in the list you pulled.

Export Registrants via Custom Export

Use the custom export function if you would like to:

  • Select specific fields to include in the export
  • Find out who the primary assigned sales rep is
  • See when the rating was last updated

1 – In the Sales Center, pull up a registrant list.

2 – Click Select All above the list to select everyone or check the boxes beside the names of the registrants you want to export.

3 – Once your registrants are selected, click on Export above the list.

4 – In the window that pops up, click on Custom Export Setup.

5 – This brings up the Export window which lists all available fields related to a registrant and their purchased units. If you want to include all fields, click on Select All. If you want to include only specific fields, select or unselect each one by clicking on it. If the field is greyed out, it is not selected.
6 – Click on Close Window above the list.

Note: The custom export setup will retain the selected fields. You only need to perform the setup when you want to change the selected fields.

7 – Click on Export Custom CSV. Note the number of registrants in the list.

8 – Click OK to start the export.

9 – A message will come up indicating that you will be sent an email when the export is complete.

10 – Once you receive notification that the export is complete, click Registrants on the Sales Center Home Page and select Export.

11 – You will see your CSV file listed under Export Files. Click to open.

Note: Make sure that the number of registrants in the file matches the number of registrants in the list you pulled.
