Complete/Cancel/No Show Appointment from Registrant Profile
To view the instructional video, click play below:
1 – In the registrant profile, click on the appointment.
2 – Select Completed, Cancelled, or No Show, and click Update appointment.
The appointment will move to the History section of the registrant profile.
The selected Appointment statuses shows as follows in the History section of the registrant profile:
- Create Appointment
- Complete/Cancel/No Show Appointment from Sales Center Home Page
- Update/Edit/Reschedule Appointment
- Delete Appointment
- View Appointments Report
